CARDS

The following are general shipping times as given by Canada Post. Please note that these times are not guarantees.

- Canada: 2-6 Business Days

- US: 4-10 Business Days

- International: 4-14 Business Days

All cards ship from Vancouver, Canada within 1-3 business days and will be shipped using standard mail with no tracking. If you are interested in upgrading to tracking and/or expediting, please send us a message and we can discuss your options!

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at check out. If an order ships out to the wrong address a printable copy can be sent but another order will need to be made to receive the physical product.

PRINTS

Prints generally ship within 5 business days and come with standard tracking. If you are interested in upgrading to tracking and/or expediting, please send us a message and we can discuss your options!

RETURN POLICY

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and we can be of assistance.
